Terms

  • Door-to-door service.
  • Insurance up to 100 times the minimum wage.
  • Independent Express distribution network.
  • We do not wait until the containers are loaded to their whole capacity.
  • Pickups and deliveries at preset schedules.

  • Electronic delivery confirmation.

  • Hydraulic access ramps for pickups and deliveries up to 1,100 kg. .
  • Optional insurance: 0.70% of the stated shipment value. 20% deduction. Maximum coverage per shipment up to $100,000.00 USD and $25,000 USD per pallet.

  • Storage charge per day: $150.00.
  • Pallet swap (new pallet acquisition): Domestic: $150.00.
  • Pallet swap (new pallet acquisition) International:
    $ 250.00.
  • Long haul delivery or pickup service (starting at 30 km): $15.00 per km radius.
  • Pallet's shrink wrapping or repair: $150.00.
  • Mandatory cargo insurance per pallet: $ 35.00.
  • False pickup/collection: $ 500.00.
  • Full palletizing service (domestic): $ 260.00.
  • Full palletizing service (international): $ 360.00.
  • Rates for shipment return to origin location are the same as delivery rates.
  • Second delivery attempt: $ 350.00
  • Delay caused by delivery of cargo to the recipient (30 min. top in very rare occasions): $ 350.00
