Maximum Weight and Size

We accept parcels up to 68 kg and with a maximum size of 2.70 m length or 3.30 m length plus girth (length + [(2 x width) + (2 x height)]. One waybill will be used per parcel.

Volumetric Weight

For low density shipments (low weight, high volume), volumetric weight will be calculated using the following formula:

Length (cm) x Height (cm) x Width (cm)/ 5000

Volumetric weight applies when the result is higher than the physical weight. The invoice will specify the dimensions registered in the system in terms of: Length, Height and Width.

Pricing

All prices in USD. Invoicing in MXN at current official exchange rates.

Zones

The price of express services depends on the destination zone: United States and Canada (zone 1), Central America, South America and the Caribbean (zone 2), Europe (zone 3), Asia (zone 4), All other countries (zone 5). Check zoning by country.

Individual Export License

Optional. Additional charge applies.

Individual Import License

For the import of goods with an individual license, the consignee must be registered in the Padrón de Importadores (Importers Register) and the Encargo Conferido (Entrusted Order).

Simplified Permit

Optional. Additional charge applies. If the market value exceeds $5,000.00 USD an individual license will be mandatory.

Taxes

Import taxation, if applicable, will be calculated according to the goods’ customs rate, complying with current laws.

Additional Export Charges

Global Express export services and USA-Canada standard services may be subject to additional charges by the destination country’s customs.

Additional Import Charges

Import services may be subject to additional charges due to customs clearance, handling, import taxes, storage, custody and maneuver.

Returns

For exported shipment returns, the complete import documentation will be required and additional charges apply.
